This is a metaphor of a time in my life when i was caught up in sin (represented by the self-destruction) -the face on the left represents my realization of the pain sin causes and that Jesus can set me free from it -the middle face represents indifference to my sin at the time -the closed eyes of the face on the right represents the desire to ignore it and continue living in it
